This is a long review. It is a great option for people who want to be on budget for kashmir trip. The agent did help us in negotiating price as they are locals there and they do help us in so many stuff. So our cost of total trip is cheaper. However, i wish the itinerary was much clearer to us cause in the pdf was a bunch of words that are taking times for us to read. I wish it is more simpler for us such as just state which place we are going in simple terms like names only rather than poetic paragraph. Other than that it was quite hard for us muslim women to pray as there are restrictions but it is not the agent fault to be honest. The hotel provided by the agent is good as i was staying in hotel stepping stone in srinagar, donno houseboat in dal lake, and village corner in pahalgam. Food on the stay are very good for Malaysian taste bud tbh. The agent was strict about the houseboat worker as they try to harass us(group of 4 women) on the houseboat. Thank you for that. I wish agent could include the souvenirs shop slot for us like keychain and magnets but the pashmina and saffron shop is such a fun experience for me personally. My kashmir experience are significantly better with this agents so whoever wants to book local agent please book this agents. They also make up about gulmarg as there is nothing to do on gulmarg on September compared to winter season by bringing us to drung waterfall. The agent english is quite good so it is easy for us to speak to them and tell whatever upsetting us. I want to thank basit and faizan bhai for making the trip very meaningful for us
